From property budgeting, making strategic decisions about acquisitions or working with different teams, different organisations and different data, we can bring it all together. The opportunityAs the makers of ARGUS Software, the global standard in the CRE industry, we need a new SMB Sales Executive who is multilingual (French, German, Dutch and/or Scandinavian languages) to join us as we push for a bigger market share in the #PropTech sector. A Sales Executive who can help us cultivate a new territory generating new business to increase adoption of our packaged suite of CRE solutions. Joining now is a chance to be part of that growth; to have confidence in knowing we are offering cutting-edge products and services. Here’s what our new Sales Executive will do to effectively sell the brand and sell the solution:Close the deals. You will use your experience in process building and complex problem solving combined with your winning attitude, to close multiple deals a month. You will achieve high sales targets and goals as specified on an annual basis.Follow the leads. You will build our business by following up on all inbound leads, sales inquiries and marketing responses. You will maintain and add to lists of prospects, leads and sales efforts in the CRM system.Gain and share knowledge. You will analyse current marketplace, competitive information and important market trends; relaying results to internal stakeholders.Grow the territory. You will build relationships. You will proactively qualify clients while continuously nurturing new and existing supportive relationships with clients and colleagues. You will develop and deliver product solution presentations to all levels of prospects managementDrive. You will drive your pipeline, following our sales process. You will be responsible for our expansion in new markets as well as continued expansion among existing clients. From account analysis, proposal and project planning, presentations and ongoing support throughout the sales cycle. You will support and promote the ARGUS Software name and products.Collaborate. You will work closely with:Product Managers to deliver improvements in products by providing feedback for new features and improvements.Marketing to create collateral and selling tools, campaigns and events to increase brand awareness and achieve revenue targets.Internal stakeholders to share market and sales information about key accounts.Operations groups to streamline and improve processes, systems and deliverables.So, how do we know you are the next Sales Executive, you have:The education. A degree, preferably in Business Administration, Finance, or Real Estate. Or, you might be able to sell us on why your degree is just as effective.The experience. A proven track record meeting or exceeding quotas and targets while in a CRE solutions sales role or, a proven ability to consistently exceed revenue targets and a compelling reason as to why we should hire you.The natural sales instinct. We can and will train you on how to sell our software. You have the enthusiasm and the ability to engage people and develop relationships. You will need to bring those traits to succeed and eventually grow with us.The ownership and the drive. You know how to balance and prioritise sales, making calls, following up on warm leads coming from marketing, website, content, referrals as well as generating your own. You excel at being an active player supporting the external sales team for bigger deals.The flexibility. You have a passport, a valid driver’s license and the willingness to travel up to 25% of the throughout your territory for client meetings and industry events.The language.
