Our iconic client is looking for customer sales and support advisors to work within their headquarters in East Grinstead. Reporting to the Sales Operations manager, the main objective of the role will be to provide excellent sales care to an established network of dealers and consumers, whilst also supporting internal teams. Main Responsibilities: Provide inbound telephone sales and customer service support for dealers and DSMs, including: Order entry and maintenanceStock availability requestsAccount information updates, including dealership and credit detailsBack order clarification and maintenanceProduct information, including specifications and release datesProduct returns and warranty issuesTracking for orders and returns Enter and maintain sales orders received. Ensure accuracy of order entry and relay all relevant information (availability, price, estimated delivery) back to the dealer or DSMRespond to incoming end user enquiries received via letter, email or website to the standard expected of an industry-leading companyMaintain dealer account information, including address and contact details, product dealerships and shop details to appear on the Fender websiteProvide dealers and DSMs with system generated and bespoke reporting of any requested sales and back order dataRaise queries with third-party warehouse for shipping errors including incorrect items received and missing or damaged goodsRaise credit memo requests from the sales and accounts departments through the returns systemAssist customers with enquiries relating to serial number tracking and instrument authenticity as received by phone, email or letterAssist District Sales Managers with any dealer, customer service or stock issues that ariseConduct proactive sales regime of regular calls to dealers to promote current sales offers and new products, working closely with the DSMs to maximise each call’s potential + Experience Requirements: Proven sales and customer service experienceFluent English and one other language (both written and spoken) is essential.Guitar skills/knowledgeExcellent telephone mannerGood IT Skills including working knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel and OfficeAbility to work as part of a team and on own initiativeAbility to problem solveExcellent interpersonal skills and strong customer focusAbility to prioritise work and adapt to changing prioritiesGood communication skills, both written and verbal.Strong attention to detailAbility to develop and maintain effective, positive working relationships View full job description
