Registered Nurse JOB SUMMARY: To support the Ward Sister and junior sisters: Act as a role model demonstrating clinical leadership, managing and delivering high standards of individual patient care Work as a member of a multidisciplinary team using a combination of skills and knowledge to identify health and nursing needs and develop strategies to promote healthcare and comfort whilst recognising cultural beliefs and values of the individual Prevent patients having unnecessary acute hospital admission and/or facilitate timely discharge Promote staff development Ensure robust and effective infection control practices amongst all staff Maintain and promote the reputation of Berkshire Healthcare NHS Foundation Trust by displaying attitudes and behaviours commensurate with the Trusts vision statement and ensuring other members of staff understand their personal responsibilities to support this aim LOCATION/MOBILITY You may be required to work at or from any additional location as may be determined by the Trust from time to time...View full job description
