The NVQ Assessor/Trainer will be supporting learners within NVQ's in Retail and Customer Service Customer The NVQ Assessor/Trainer will require the following Qualifications and Experience - A1 Assessors Award or TAQA (D32, D33 will also be considered) - PTLLS or above - Experience of delivering Key Skills to groups in a classroom environment - Previous Experience of assessing learners on NVQ Programmes including, Retail and Customer Service - Up to date knowledge of apprenticeships and foundation learning programmes Overview of the NVQ Assessor /Trainer Role- Retail and Customer Services Based in Bethnal Green, the NVQ Assessor/Trainer will be classroom based.
