Are you ready for a new role in a different location, a salary increase and more job satisfaction?Randstad Nursing North East is currently working on behalf of a well known Care Provider requiring a Qualified & experienced Nurse Manager for their well established home in Newcastle. The Home has capacity for 50+ residents with a mixture of General Nursing, EMI and Dementia Care. The Home also has a longstanding full staff team and a 'Good' CQC rating.Salary being offered is between £45-50K dependent on experience. Working pattern is generally weekdays Monday-Friday 9am-5pm with some on-call weekends on a rotational basis.The home requires a strong Nursing Home Manager, who has an excellent track record of being successful, good business acumen is essential.
