Rapidly expanding with tremendous potential, we are looking for an organized and driven Office Administratorto join our team.The right candidate will be enthusiastic, excellent at multi-tasking as well as confident, articulate and have excellent communication skills.Main Tasks:Assisting the Managing Director and other Managers with various administrative tasks.Regularly checking the accuracy of billing invoices for example utilities and courier’s invoices.Procurement of office equipment, stationery as well as other miscellaneous items.Other general administrative duties.Key Skills: A creative and can-do mindset with the ability to think outside the boxKnowledge of Microsoft ExcelStrong housekeeping and organisational skillsEffective and professional communicatorAbility to work on own initiativeWorking hours: Monday to Friday 9.00am to 5.30pm (1 hour for lunch).Working at our modern offices near Sheriff Hutton it is essential that you have your own transport.Salary is dependent upon experience and attributes.
