We are looking for an outgoing individual to join our growing organisation based in Leigh.The role will involve working in an extremely busy office environment and we are seeking an individual who has a "can-do" attitude who can think on their feet, be proactive and can demonstrate the ability to deal with people at all levels both internally and externally.The individual must be able to demonstrate a good level of experience and hold their NVQ L2 in Business and Administration and be educated to GCSE level C and above.The office administrator will be involved in answering the telephone, dealing with construction site personnel, booking accommodation, organising parking and any other requirement our site staff may have whilst working away from home.The office administrator will also manage on a daily basis the vehicles within the company.  This will range from booking MOTs/servicing/Insuring vehicles and any repairs that need to be carried out. There will also be a variety of other administrative tasks, such as scanning legal documents, stationery ordering, post and filing and the office administrator will need to understand Microsoft office and be comfortable working with these packages.Hours of work will be 8.30 am to 4.30 pm with 1 hour for lunch, Monday to Friday.Please forward your CV to gail@technicfloors.co.uk or apply online.
