JOB DESCRIPTON Job Title:Office AdministratorReport to:Louise AndersonDuties and Responsibilities:  Maintain all records for goods in and goods out including checking contracts, booking transport, stock records and the various logsBook in and check weights on all goods identifying discrepancies Produce segregation reports and maintain stock records and Goods Received Log for each stage of production Checking invoices and terms against contracts, both sales and purchasesEnsure imports & exports are tracked and relevant paperwork obtained in a timely mannerProduce sales invoices and carry out accurate de-stocking on the stock registerAttention to detail is essentialRequired to carry out any other general office duties as and when requiredAdhere to policies and processes required to maintain ISO9001 2015Adhere to Health and Safety policies              Date of review:20.10.2016Next Review date:20.10.2017Reviewed by:R.A Beckett Job DescriptionReference: FM01Version: 1.0 View full job description
