ENGIE are recruiting for a Office Services Assistant to be based Cardiff, CF14 4YJ. This is a zero hours role. On offer is a salary of up to £7.81 per hour.The normal hours of work will be either Monday to Friday 07:00am until 16:00pm or 08:00am until 17:00pm.Reporting to the Account Manager you will be expected to complete a diverse range of clerical and administrative tasks including post opening, post despatch and conference room set up. Main Responsibilities/Duties Include:As a key member of the team you will be required to be an ambassador for ENGIE You will ensure you have the relevant information and flexibility to provide a service to the customer, accommodating any local requirements or specific requests for our contractual servicesOn site point of contact with Civil Aviation Authority (CAA) employees, sub-contractors and Account Manager On site ‘face to face’ contact for ENGIE and CAA staff to communicate any issues and queriesTo provide a flexible service and any ad-hoc duties as agreed with the Account ManagerAttend regular briefings, general communications, health and safety and trainingActively demonstrate the company values of Drive, Cohesion, Commitment and DaringShow clear understanding of Service Level Agreements and your responsibilitiesEnsure receipt/delivery/despatch of all CAA postPromote excellent customer serviceCollation, inputting and despatch of management information statistics via the appropriate ENGIE systemsEnsure understanding of current environmental procedures and compliance with company and customer health and safety policiesAdhere to the Company Dress CodeFor more information about ENGIE please visit: http://www.engie.com/en/candidates-area/Qualifications and Experience:Experience in providing high levels of customer facing supportBasic computer literacyAbide by and promote good Health and Safety practices in the workplaceAbility to lift up to 15kg – manual handling training will be providedHighly motivated with a ‘can do’ attitude capable of multi-tasking within a team environmentAbility to work with initiative to prioritise and handle a varied workload with attention to detailGood communication skills at all levels within the businessGood basic reading, writing and numeracy skillsFor this role you must have evidence of right to work in the UK.
