Duties will include, but not be restricted to:- To maintain the HR Information System Processing new starters Maintaining and Updating employee records Note taking at HR meetings Administrative support to HR team Preparation and distribution of employee contracts Administration of Reference Requests Providing data reports Collate and process mileage returns Collate and consolidate payroll data Maintain Payroll Data and liaise with Payroll Provider Distribution of HR policies to managers as and when requested Update and distribute HR Data report on monthly basis Absence monitoring and recording Administration of Private Medical Insurance Database Administration of Permanent Health Insurance Database Administration of Group Life and DIS Database Administration of E-Learning Database Updating and amending Motor Insurance Database Distribution of company fuel cards Dealing with motor insurance claims administration Processing of Company Insurance claims Any other duties as required and commensurate with post Candidates will demonstrate strong administrative skills, admin experience within a busy HR function, and extremely strong organisation...View full job description
