PA South Bristol Up to 24,000 Monday - Friday 9am - 5.30pm Free Parking on siteMust be able to drive and have own transportAn exciting new opportunity has become available within the Operations team for a PA to be based in South Bristol. Reporting into the Regional Director for the respective area you will be responsible for providing proactive and effective support to the Regional Director.Main Duties for the role will be:-Provide operational and administrative support to the Regional Director through co-ordination, collation and chasing as appropriate, of relevant monthly Management Information.-Analyse and produce relevant and timely summary reports on operational processes and procedures to support the effective management of the region.-Support and coordinate Operations workshops, events and conferences, ensuring organised, well run and productive events take place.-Attend operations meetings (as appropriate), taking accountability/ for recording, producing and cascading accurate minutes and actions, and ensuring these are followed up and deadlines met.-Support with the production and collation of documentation -Facilitate effective communication throughout the operations teams, to ensure that all key messages are cascaded, understood and received.-Produce status updates on operational projects and activities, including updates via SharePoint and support project work where required.-Co-ordination of HR and Payroll -Act as the first point of contact for escalated customer complaints, accurately investigating and suggesting first line response and outputs.-Support the ROD with off-site and customer meetings, as appropriate-Support the Operations SMT (as appropriate) with ad hoc administration tasks, including, accommodation and travel booking, expenses returns and diary management.Key skills;-Strong interpersonal and communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to build relationships quickly. -The ability to resolve customer queries to mutual satisfaction.-Keen eye for detail with strong administration, organisation and time management skills and the ability to input data accurately whist working under pressure to tight deadlines within a busy atmosphere.-You will need to have the ability to use your own initiative and be flexible reacting to change quickly and effectively. -You should also be computer literate.If you would like to apply for the above role then please send your CV to Katherine.white@pertemps.co.uk---------------------------------Pertemps is an Equal Opportunities Employer View full job description
