My client is a global brand software company based in South West London, who are actively seeking a talented PA/Office Manager to support two busy and demanding Directors.The company is expecting to go through an exciting growth and transition period over the next 12 months so this will be a great time to join the company and existing team.Duties include:Answering & fielding telepone callsMaintaining diariesArranging meetings & appointmentsTaking messagesTyping up & analysing reportsPreparation of mail shotsOrganising meetings; typing up minutesOrganising travel arrangementsBooking transport and accommodationManaging databasesResponsible for all correspondenceImplementing and maintaining procedures/administrative systemsOverseeing the office staff in the directors absenceLiaising with staff, suppliers and clientsPreparation of letters, presentations and reportsSkills required.Previous PA experienceCommon senseMulti-tasking skillsThe ability to prioritise tasks and delegate when necessary Great planning skillsAccurate reporting skillsThis role offers an excellent salary plus benefits so If you are a top class PA with the required skills for this role then I want to hear from you, for further information regarding this opportunity please contact Debbie Lee @ Skillframe Executive Ltd View full job description
