Tasks include: • Responsible for project status updates and KPI updates on SharePoint • Weekly exception reporting and liaising with PM’s to ensure project documentation is produced in a timely fashion and milestones are not missed • Ad hoc updates to project finance books during the month • Assisting in month end finance/actuals updates to finance books and WIP/Work programme reporting • Assisting the Portfolio Manager with resource planning • Raising of Purchase Orders on SAP as required by PM’s for procurement • Raising and monitoring of projects invoices • Light touch project management for all small works • Ad hoc meeting minute taking where required The successful candidate will have previous PMO experience and a thorough understanding of Project Management Methodology...View full job description
