RAPT is the UK’s leading voluntary sector provider of prison-based addiction treatment, which helps rehabilitate people from chaotic drug and alcohol misuse, and often offending and imprisonment, to full recovery and reintegration, also managing a range of other services in prisons and in the community.Psychosocial Practitioners - Full-timeLocation: HMP Bullingdon, OX25Hours: 35 hrs p/w Starting salary: £20,600 + £2,500 Regional AllowanceThe successful candidates will be expected to have the necessary skills to be able to deliver or support the delivery of accredited drug and alcohol treatment programmes. You will also be responsible for the case management of the care of prisoners on their caseloads; ensuring good links are made with Clinical teams. For these positions you will need to possess an NVQ3/Diploma in Health and Social Care or Advice and Guidance, or a qualification in Drug and Substance Awareness, Counselling skills are essential for this role. We will also consider qualifications in Nursing, criminal justice as these qualifications will have transferable skills.
