Part Time Learning & Development AdministratorHours: 20 Hours per week 9am - 1pm Monday to FridayLocation: Fort DunlopSalary: Up to £18,000 dependant on experience (pro rata)To Apply: Please email your CV to Role Details:Contribute to, and support the L&D Team (Clinical and Non-Clinical) in the administration and co-ordination of training programmes. Support the L&D Lead Administrator in gathering and collating departmental data.Duties Include:- Assist with the delivery of training by ensuring that venues are booked, organising delegate attendance, answering queries related to training events, sending out invitations and ensuring that delegates have completed required learning prior to attendance. This may also include occasional booking of accommodation and travel for trainers.- Prepare documents and packs to ensure trainers have all the available resources to support them to facilitate programmes in an effective and efficient way.- Support the Lead Administrator with collection of critical data.- Monitor delegate attendance and report any absence during training to relevant stakeholders.- Communicate with the LMS (Totara) Content Manager to ensure training materials are updated regularly.- Support the administration of the delegate training folders to ensure required information is available, correctly completed and up to date in accordance with the agreed Training Records Matrix.- Maintain and update the training outcome database to ensure information is available to the business in respect of learning and development outcomes and impact.- Support any other training and administrative requirements that arises due to changes and developments in the PIP assessment service. -       Occasional need to schedule training courses and respective trainers.Key Skills and Experience RequirementsYou will need to meet all of the following requirements:Skills:·         Good computer and keyboard skills·         Confident in the use of Microsoft Office Systems, including Word, Excel and Outlook·         Ability to work in a team and manage workloads and time effectively·         Ability to prioritise work·         Strong administrative and organisational skills, including diary management·         Able to deal confidently and tactfully with people at all levels·         Excellent communication skills, both written & verbal·         Excellent telephone manner·         Good attention to detail and ability·         Able to be proactive and use own initiative·         Good numerous skills Qualities:·         Calm under pressure/resilient·         Pleasant & helpful manner·         Self-motivated·         Able to meet deadlines·         Flexible attitude and approach·         Able to handle multiple projects at one time·         Assertive·         Keen eye for detailApply today by emailing your CV to View full job description
