As the part time customer service executive you would be responsible for: Calling existing customers to ensure they are happy with the service received Processing orders received on to the in house system Cross selling and up selling products to the existing client base Resolving enquiries relating to orders In order to be considered for this position you must have a confident telephone manner and excellent relationship building skills.
