Main duties include but are not restricted to:- • Balance sheet reconciliations • Invoice processing including matching to PO’s • Preparation and execution of payment run ensuring payments are made in line with terms and authorisation procedures • Processing expense claims • Dealing and resolving supplier queries • Supplier statement reconciliations • New supplier set up • Implementation of ‘new’ PO process to improve financial control • Review payables on a weekly basis with Reporting FC • Take the lead with auditors where appropriate • Escalate issues where appropriate Person Specification: • Must have previous experience in a similar role.
