Payroll & Accounts Administrator

Payroll & Accounts Administrator - Salary 20 - 23K, 37.5 hours per week We are currently looking to recruit a Payroll & Accounts Administrator to process and run Sage Payroll and to provide administration and processing support to the Finance Department.
Payroll duties will include: * Processing Monthly Payroll using SAGE Payroll system * Collating & checking all timesheets & overtime claims * Processing starters, leavers, maternity, sickness, absence, annual leave & any changes to hours, shifts or salaries * Administering staff pension scheme * Processing the payment of staff salaries via online banking, and producing monthly employee payslips * Acting as liaison between HMRC & staff members to resolve queries * Producing month and year end payroll reports Accounts duties will include: * Processing weekly payment run for suppliers * Processing and logging of approved Purchase Orders * Raising supplier and customer invoices * Processing cheques and cash income...View full job description
