You would have responsibility for maintaining accurate HR and payroll records, administration of the time and attendance system, payroll processing, provide advice on employment legislation (some support provided for this), staff inductions, arrange training, assisting with recruitment and in conjunction with managers deal with grievances and disciplinarians will need to have previous experience of both payroll and HR administration, employment legislation etc and have strong Excel skills.
