My client, an Insurance company based in Farnborough, are looking for a Pensions Administrator - Data Analysis to provide administration analyst services to clients to cleanse and ensure the ongoing accuracy of system retained data Key Accountabilities: To establish varying benefit structures, scheme-specific detail, calculation methods & changes that have been applied for the scheme(s) under review To interact with internal/external contacts to seek specific detail and/or validate information To support the compilation of procedural guides consistent with the scheme-specific detail To ensure that cleanse actions undertaken are compliant with procedural guides and evidenced To take responsibility for the quality of individual and teamwork produced To utilise and accurately reflect progress on assigned tasks with recording tools in operation To proactively highlight problems impacting on the system performance or established process, using the opportunity to provide ideas and solutions To participate in regular team meetings in order to refine review process and give input to identify the causes of variation in the process To provide data required for process capability measures...View full job description
