This is a permanent full time role working 37.5 hours per week, Monday - Friday 9 am - 5 pm (but can be Flexible). On offer is a competitive salary and benefits package.General Overview:Reporting directly to the Account Director, the role of the Performance Manager is to lead on all issues of performance management across the Pinderfields and Pontefract PFI FM Services contract, being a lead on the management of the Payment Mechanism, contract reporting, compliance auditing. The main objective in relation to the Performance of the contract is to collate and present all performance monitoring data to our client in terms of the performance monitoring programme. In addition, attend all meetings related to Performance with the Trust, our Client and internally to ensure we are fully compliant and to assist mitigation where not. The main objective in relation to Quality is to ensure that Quality Assurance initiatives and standards are achieved and maintained in line with the ENGIE principles.SPECIFIC DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:This is not intended to be an exhaustive list of responsibilities but more an outline framework against which the post holder will be given flexibility to define the detail.Support the contract management team and Commercial Manager by producing monthly deduction and service reports, daily risk reviews and other performance dashboards as requiredMonitor performance of contract on a day to day basis to identify trends and minimise failures by providing advice, feedback and updates to the team in relation to commercial best practice in relation to the payment mechanism, deductions and Service Failure PointsWork with the site management team to develop specific objectives in line with the service delivery plansContribute to the delivery plans by meeting own performance objectives and supporting technical/non-technical management with the delivery of monthly/annual reportingResponsible for data and trend analysis as requiredProduce appropriate documentation for systems, processes necessary to deliver contract.To monitor all aspects of performance management across the contractResponsible for delivery and development of the compliance process in relation to SLA and KPI contractual requirementsImplement appropriate internal auditing methods to ensure service delivery is compliant with the requirements of the project and corporate governanceRepresent ENGIE at Performance meetings with the SPV and NHS TrustLead internal contract performance meetings and drive improvement in service deliveryIdentify and develop with Service Managers and Workflow manager improvements to PPM and Workflow performanceTo support the Commercial Manager on commercial matters relating to contract risk alongside the operational teamEffectively Lead on internal/external service related auditsDeliver annual contract performance refresher trainingOffer support to the operational team in monthly team meetings giving a brief overview on contract performance to the wider teamsWork closely with workflow to lower open records on Maximo.To lead in conjunction with Workflow management on Maximo and business intelligence.Liaise with the Site Managers (all services) to undertake administration elements of the contract (Schedule 14)To build sustainable partnerships with Customers and key stakeholders at an operational levelTo be responsible for the collation / completion (liaising with other service managers) any MI requested by the Trust including freedom of information requests (FOI).Responsible for the management and testing of the applicationsCapability to implement and manage performance management frameworks in a contracting environment and the operation of these frameworks on a day to day basisCapability to develop and produce management reports which communicate complex data sets and messages clearly and concisely for both internal and external purposesCapability and experience of developing business cases and propositionsDevising and establishing a company's quality procedures, standards and specificationsReviewing customer requirements and making sure they are metDefining quality procedures in conjunction with operating staff;Setting up and maintaining controls and documentation procedures;Monitoring performance by gathering relevant data and producing statistical reports;Making suggestions for changes and improvements and how to implement them;Using relevant quality tools and making sure managers and other staff understand how to improve the businessThe post holder may be required, on occasions, to
