Activities: Supporting the preparation of documentation and economics analysis, including preparation of Resource Development Plans, Life of Asset Plans, Data Collection Templates and Management Review Packs Supporting generation of Project economics using short-term and long-term economic models and preparation of project justification presentations Supporting monthly planning & reporting activities Supporting the Planning and Joint Interest Manager in managing Joint Venture partner communications, meetings and action tracking Where appropriate, acting as delegate company representative at JVP meetings Supporting the documentation and maintaining Business Risk Registers Supporting Production reporting process (including cover for Operations Administrator as needed) Support the co-ordination and documentation Supporting DECC regulatory reporting activities Key Attributes/Behaviours: Well organized, good time management, ability to plan ahead and adept at working to fixed deadlines Numerate and very comfortable with spreadsheet manipulation & analyses Strong verbal and written communication skills Comfortable in working in a multi-task environment Good interpersonal skills and ability to co-ordinate inputs from a diverse range of depts...View full job description
