Planning Assistant - Motherwell DU
Salary: 19,500- 24,500 (depending on skills and experience) In order to achieve the level of reliability that our customers demand and deserve, our newly-established Infrastructure Maintenance function that employs 15,000 across 40 delivery units, will play a major role in delivering our vision of engineering and operating excellence for Britain s railway.
In this role you will assist the Infrastructure services team by Assisting in the planning process for all maintenance work, The Maintenance function repairs and maintains the railway infrastructure, including track, signaling equipment, power supplies and overhead lines.
Away from track, we are responsible for maintaining operational land and property including fencing, draining, and litter clearance and vegetation management, as a planning assistant you will support the delivery unit by supporting the management of planning while accurately updating systems, databases and records Using your analytical and organisational skills you will ensure the quality of the data sent through to all Planning systems is sufficient and of a high standard...View full job description
