Specific duties will be tailored to the project requirements but the summary of responsibilities will be: • To act as a technical lead and/or project manager for the delivery of our obligations and internal project performance; • To work under your own initiative and as a CCS and /or gasification specialist within a multi-disciplined team of engineers; • To work with clients and contractors in achieving a technical solution; • Successful delivery of projects to time, quality and budget; • Contribute to open communications across the project delivery, client and stakeholder teams; • Contribute to securing opportunity and repeat business through the high quality of your service delivery; • To follow CCS market developments Candidate Specification • The ideal applicant will have a degree in either chemical or process engineering and extensive relevant experience ideally with one or more of the following: • Technical capability in thermal power generation, knowledge of thermal power generation technologies and processes; • In depth knowledge of CCS technologies; • Relevant experience in power generation, coal gasification - IGCC, amine gas separation process; • Project management experience; • Commercial awareness...View full job description
