Your duties will include: - Pro-actively supervising the manufacturing process - Participating in the production of all products - Standing in for the production manager, when and if required, in order to facilitate continuity - Supporting continuous improvement activities from identification to implementation - Conducting necessary meetings and supporting the supervisory needs of other departments To be considered for the role of Production Supervisor, you must have: - Experience of leading teams and managing people - Good training and/or coaching skills - Proficiency in the use of Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel and email You will be self-motivated with a keen eye for detail.
