Wood Environment & Infrastructure Solutions is currently recruiting for a Programme & Project Administrator in either our Leamington Spa or Birmingham offices. This role will support management and administration of a number of major UK government multi-disciplinary consultancy frameworks.Your role will be diverse and you will support the needs of frameworks, projects, proposals and Business Unit activities by:Capture and collation of management informationLiaising with sub-consultants and suppliersAdministering digital collaboration platforms (sharepoint) and customer relationship system (Microsoft Dynamics CRM)Production of outputs using templates, report formatting and interface with Graphics team on production and qualityAnalysis of client/opportunity data and presentation of findings in excel and powerpointSupport preparation of commercial information in relation to proposals and project reviewsLiaison with other units and support teams such as Shared Services, Global IT, Finance, Legal, HR, Commercial and Marketing as requiredAdministration of tendering activitiesCollating information to support Framework Lead, Project Managers/Directors utilising Word, Excel, Powerpoint and other packages as requiredThis role requires a proactive and positive individual who is well organised and able to work calmly under pressure. You will have a good understanding of the services a multi-disciplinary consultancy offers to public sector clients such as Ministry of Defence, Ministry of Justice, Schools, Universities, Local Authorities, etc. You will be flexible and able to work closely with other team members to ensure that a high standard of service delivery is maintained. You may be required to provide support to all E&I staff regardless of location and Business Unit as required. Skills / ExperienceYou will have, as a minimum, intermediate skill levels in Word and Powerpoint with more advanced skills in MS Dynamics and Excel. You should also be willing and able to expand your skills to include other packages (i.e. Sharepoint) as required.This is a full time position although part time hours, job sharing and flexible working arrangements will be considered.Company OverviewWood is a global leader in the delivery of project, engineering and technical services to energy and industrial markets.
