Our client is currently looking to recruit a Project Management Office (PMO) Administrator on a fixed term maternity cover contract. The successful candidate must have previous experience working within a Project Management Office (PMO) and/or Project team. You will have fantastic communication and organisational skills, be confident in a pressurised environment and to be able to take ownership of issues and progress to resolution. Within the role you will be managing all administration in the Project Management process, logging project requests, tracking all stages of the project life cycle, ensuring the PMO Mailbox is managed, scheduling resource, producing Management information and reports and preparing final project brief and proofing amongst other duties. The ideal candidate will be Prince2 Certified and have knowledge of IT applications, however this isn't essential.
