     JOB DESCRIPTION AND PROFILE  Title: Project Manager– Moneywise Plus Reporting to: Reaching People CEO Hours per week: 37 Salary:  £36,000 PER ANNUM (FIXED TERM UNTIL 31stDECEMBER 2019) Background Information The Moneywise Plus Project is funded via The Big Lottery Fund and ESF until December 2019. Reaching People, a consortium of VCS organisations, has been awarded funding for this project and is the lead organisation. The project is delivered by a partnership of organisations working together to benefit participants who are not in work including: PA HousingAction HomelessCommunity Advice & Law Service (CALS)The BridgeB-InspiredE2PedestrianLeicester CollegeLeicester City CouncilLeicestershire County CouncilThe YHome-start Horizons The aim is to improve the on-going digital and financial competence of local people.  You will be working solely on the BBO project and lead the Moneywise Plus team and be directly responsible to Jenny Hand, Reaching People CEO. You will be self-motivated and confident, working autonomously as well as having good team working skills.         1. RESPONSIBILITIES2. KEY TASKS & ROUTINES ?         Lead theMoneywise Plus projectto ensure delivery to agreed targets.?         Performance manage the project co-ordinators and their teams to ensure effective delivery and address any under-performance.?         Guarantee the data quality of the project in all systems?         Oversee the social media strategy for the project?         Work with, develop and adhere to all policies and procedures.?         Lead the team ?         Lead Participant Involvement and act on feedback to improve the service.?         To be an ambassador for the Moneywise Plus project, including strategic developments and reporting.?         To be an ambassador for Reaching People and promote Reaching People widely.?         Write and promote procedures, processes and policies that encourage continuous improvement.?         Ensure delivery of Moneywise Plus Equalities Action Plan, Marketing and Communication Strategy and Sustainable Development Action Plan. Lead the delivery team to deliver the key objectives of the project.Prepare data and reports for the project team and fundersTake action to ensure high performanceProduce tailored reporting for Reaching People and the Big Lottery/ ESF.Maintain momentum towards achieving stretched goals and resultsAct as a champion, promoting and enhancing the deliverables of the project.Share information and build relationships with teams and organisations.Give and receive feedback in a positive manner to improve corporate and team performance.Embrace diversity and listen to and understand others.Organisation and facilitation of delivery and management groups.Review and develop procedures and processes for deliveryUndertake other workas required in accordance with the skills and level of the post. 3. EXPERIENCE REQUIRED6. COMPETENCIES/SKILLS REQUIRED (above core) ?         Extensive experience of Line Management of colleagues.
