The Project Officer & Account Manager will function as a key business partner to TCP LifeSystems’ Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) Team and the Professional Services Organization. The ability to provide effective support to management will be a key success factor in this role. This role will emphasize data analysis, reconciliation, and application of business knowledge. This is an individual contributor position, with opportunity for growth and development within the finance department. Project Officer & Account Manager Responsibilities: Assist with preparation of monthly and weekly financial reporting and forecasting for Management and the Professional Services Department Perform variance analysis of budgeted, forecasted, and actual financial dataHave the ability to oversee Project Work (Earned Value Progress) to detect earliest opportunity any Program issuesAssist with Sales bids by understanding in detail the current TCP estimating and financial models (in detail)Have knowledge, intellect and empathy to command respect from senor Officers of our Client baseAbility to step in and account manage situations with the grasp of detail necessary to win Customer respectHave a technical understanding so as not to appear superficial to our ClientsConduct monthly meetings with the Project ManagersHold weekly calls/meetings with Project Mangers to insure data accuracy in the CRM system and the professional services automation (PSA) systemReconcile professional services bookings between the CRM and PSA systemMaintain the professional services contractor forecast and manage the approval process for payment of invoices.Create efficiency by implementing new business processes. Create and maintain process documentation and distribute to key stakeholders.Monitor professional services bill ratesPerform CRM system administrative tasks; setup new users, train new users, and support all usersMonitor Access Management for internal business systemsSupport the monthly accounting closeExecute ad-hoc financial analysis and various reporting requestsWrite requirements for internal system configurations and updates. Own resource/billings forecasting process coordinating activity and stakeholders   Education and Experience Required:A Level educated in Accounting, Finance, or a related field0-2 years of experienceAdvanced knowledge of Office products.Must have strong analytical ability and be detail oriented Excellent written and verbal communication/presentation skills Results oriented, with high degree of integrity and drive Must be confident interacting with management at all levels Experience with Adaptive Planning, Intacct, Salesforce, and Projector PSA a plus Applications accepted from Thursday 10th May 2018 - Friday 8th June 2018.
