We specialise in services for young people, homeless families and individuals, people with physical disabilities, learning disabilities and people with mental health needs and families fleeing Domestic Abuse.We are seeking a Project Worker to make a real difference to the lives of our residents. Exeter and Devon Floating Support enables our clients with a range of complex needs to achieve their potential and live more independently within their community. You will use your skills to work with colleagues and partner agencies to achieve the best outcome for our clients.
