This is an extremely exciting time to be joining our Colchester based client and in your role as property account handler no day will the same as you will have a very busy day handling lots of different tasks regarding property. As property account handler you will be part of a first-class team acting as the main point of contact for all the company's clients from their valuation to exchange to competition, all of which you will deliver at the highest standard.The RoleMain point of contact for all clients, from valuation to exchange and completion.Booking and securing home visit appointments from inbound valuation requestsPreparing all valuationsHandling sales progression following an offer being agreedFollowing up viewings to obtain feedbackNegotiating offers Moderating all photographs, writing property descriptions and preparing property particularsFollowing up on all unconverted valuations to secure a listing opportunityManaging the database to a high degree of accuracy to ensure targeted marketing activity can take place to generate new businessCross Selling additional services to all clients to maximise business opportunitiesCarrying out regular reviews of marketing activity, helping Vendors/Landlords to improve activityWork on a rota basis to include either a Saturday or Sunday every two weeks. The companies opening hours are Mon - Fri 8am - 8pm, Sat 9 am - 5pm and Sunday 9am - 4.30pmThe PersonMinimum of 1 Years' experience in a role within propertyExcellent communication & organisation SkillsAbility to build strong working relationships (internal/external) Experience ability to work to strict targets and possess effective decision-making skillsComputer Literate Able to persuade, influence and negotiate effectively at all levels within and outside the organisation Ability to use own initiative and are self-motivated Benefits to youSalary £17.5k- £20k basic DOE plus bonus based on performance plus competitive bonusBeautiful new modern offices22 days holiday rising each year up to 25 days plus bank holidaysPaid sick pay after probationDiscount on travel costs if using public transportPotential to really be part of an evolving team and companyGreat team environmentTown centre locationIf you have not heard back from us within 10 days your application has been unsuccessful.
