The role encompasses a variety of duties to include: issuing works orders to contractors, assisting with service charge reconciliations, updating and maintain the department's approved contractors list involving liaison with contractors, co-ordination of site supervisor's administrative duties i.e. reports for weekly/monthly site checks, vacant property checks, H&S, dealing with general tenant enquiries, dealing with contractor enquiries, co-ordination of sample collections for site operated plant i.e. receipts and results including maintenance of paperwork and reports, inputting lease data onto the property management accounts system, some credit control and preparation of completion statements in addition to assisting with budgets and monitoring actual income/outgoings against budget...View full job description
