Property Finance Analyst (Grade E2) job in London

Duties & Responsibilities · Creation of Wireless performance reporting for the group, reviewing and discussing monthly performance with each European market · Ownership of the Capex Model (used to assess all property investment decision across the group), regularly reviewing/updating and answering queries from the wider business· Creation of management reports to track property performance· Capital expenditure reporting and management· Operating costs reporting and management· Forecast costs and benefits in line with the Group planning cycles· Tracking the return on investment for all property spend Skills & Experience Essential· High level ability and proven experience in creating reports and managing reporting cycles· Proven experience in taking responsibility for meeting deadlines, self-review and ownership of work produced· High level of analytical ability and attention to detail· Advanced user of Excel and Powerpoint· Part qualified ACA, ACCA or CIMA with a minimum 2 years' business experience or able to demonstrate strong quantitative/numerical skills· Pro-active, skilled at juggling tasks and managing their own time· Strong people and project management skills as well as an ability to work in a cross-functional team· Systems knowledge/skills an advantage: Business Objects, EssbaseWorking at Best Buy Europe definitely has its perks...View full job description
