Your main roles and responsibilities will include: • Dealing with suppliers throughout the month, responding to queries regarding payments • Entry of all vendor and overhead invoices into PeopleSoft Accounting System • Processing of vendor invoices through in-house system, assisting all internal departments with its use • Processing of fortnightly payment runs, expenses and various ad-hoc payments • Monthly maintenance of Purchase Ledger • Reconciliation to the General Ledger at the end of the month • Regular reconciliation of Vendor statements • Allocating payments and direct debits in PeopleSoft Working Hours – 8.30am to 5.00pm (Monday to Thursday), 8.30am to 4.00pm (Friday) Purchasing Clerk The Candidate The successful candidate will be an enthusiastic, ambitious and driven individual with a desire to develop and progress within a growing company...View full job description
