If so then read on, this could be the perfect role for you… The client I am representing is currently looking to bring on board a Quality Technician to be the interface between shop floor inspection and engineering to help maintain a high level of quality during a period of sustained growth The responsibilities of the Quality Technician are as follows:  To be the link between shop-floor inspection and the engineering department  CMM operation and part programming  Root cause analysis, process control and DMAIC  Moving toward being a consultant as operatives are trained in self inspection To fulfil these requirements you must have the following skills / experience:  CMM Operation - PC-DMIS  Aerospace / Automotive Background  Root Cause Analysis, Process Control & DMAIC  Experience of Castings or Forgings,  CNC Background Preferred but not Essential.
