Reporting to the Associate Director Client Services, key responsibilities of this role include: Review and Negotiation of all Non Standard Client Terms - assessing contractual risk Resolving queries relating to client agreements, liaising with external legal counsel as appropriate and presenting documentation for signature to board directors Following up of countersigned agreements and Tender Response progress Preparation and submission of Tenders, Requests for Information and completion of Client Questionnaires Ownership of Ambition's generated PSLs (agreeing the terms internally and with the Client) Management of the internal PSL Implementation process with the account team & system updates The role includes liaising with Ambition's directors & managers alongside client contacts including HR Officers, HR Managers & Directors and Sourcing & Procurement specialists...View full job description
