The emphasis is on a holistic and individualised approach delivered by a multidisciplinary team who are skilled, experienced professionals trained in their specific field. Our multi disciplinary team includes psychiatry, psychology, nursing (mental health and learning disability), occupational therapy, specialist teaching, social work and a practice nurse for physical healthcare. We also call in services from GPs, speech and language therapists, dentists, opticians, dieticians and chiropodists.All positions within Partnerships in Care (PiC) are subject to an Enhanced Disclosure and Barring Service check.
