This is an exciting role at a new service Creative Support has recently taken over in the Droylsden/Audenshawe area of Tameside which provides homecare for people living in their own homes in the community. The service support people with a range of needs providing personal care, domestic support and access to community resources. The focus of the support is to maintain people’s independence and enable them to live at home as long as possible and be a part of their local communities.As the receptionist and administrative worker at the registered office you will provide an efficient and responsive front of house service for our support staff, service users and visitors including external agencies and professionals. You will be responsible for receiving calls, responding to queries and passing on messages promptly. Your duties will include monitoring emails and you’ll liaise with our Head Office departments; especially our recruitment, training, payroll and IT departments to ensure the service runs smoothly.This is a busy service, as the receptionist/administrator you’ll be the initial point of contact for our service users, families and external agencies. You will work with the Registered Manager to coordinator service rotas and you’ll cover outstanding shifts by contacting our pool of bank workers.This role calls for someone with a positive, can-do attitude, good communication and organisational skills and the ability to accurately input data onto databases/IT systems. You’ll also need to demonstrate excellent customer service skills. This role can either be either full time or part time and involves working early shifts from 8am or late shifts up to 8pm flexibly across the week days.We do not accept CV's as a form of application, applicants must submit a completed Creative Support application form which can be requested or downloaded via the listed methods.
