Receptionist & Financial/Admin Assistant
*Handling all mail (both physical and electronic) coming into the main office and general enquiries e-mail, answering as appropriate or forwarding to the relevant member of staff *General Admin including; maintaining the filing system (physical and electronic), letter writing, minute-taking, ordering and maintaining stock of office/stationery supplies, photocopying/faxing and providing basic IT/photocopying advice to other staff members *Providing refreshments as required for business meetings with external suppliers, clients and colleagues *Finance Support to Office Manager/Bookkeeper *Typing, inputting and processing invoices, preparation and maintenance of sales and purchase ledger, preparation of bank reconciliations, assisting in preparation of VAT returns, producing monthly reports to include Journal Entries, processing utility payments and re-charges, assisting with PAYE processing, accounting for and issuing mileage money, maintenance and management of petty cash and paying-in and withdrawing funds from the bank...View full job description
