Strategically based in the UK, US and China, they provide a worldwide coaching service, enabling their clients to succeed in the highly competitive, global job market for internships and post-graduate employment.Duties of the Receptionist / Office Administrator:• Manage reception area, assist with conferences setting up and answer incoming calls, keep reception tidy and clean• Compile staff attendance record• Manage and organise company assets, including printer, company laptops/desktops, phones and company mobile phones with assistance from IT as well as other suppliers;• Manage office facilities and organise maintenance work;• Manage office essentials purchase;• Assist Programme Management team on workshop & event preparation and other tasks as requested• Assist Finance team on petty cash management, card payment record management and invoice checking, and other tasks as requested• Perform PA tasks to management• Sales Admin tasks as required• Any ad-hoc tasks upon requests from management teamRequirements of the Receptionist / Office Administrator:• Minimum 2 years of experience in office management and support role• Strong attention to details• Well organised and excellent multi-task skills• Self-starter, good team player and able to work on own initiative• Strong desire to help others and good communication skills• English speaker• Basic Office Microsoft Skills: Word, Excel, Outlook etcReceptionist / Office Administrator Benefits:• Pension• Travel discounts• Insurance discounts• Cycle to work scheme• High street shopping discounts• Preferential gym membership ratesIf you meet the requirements and feel that this Receptionist / Office Administrator role is right for you then please apply today!
