The successful candidate will be responsible for the following: Hitting individual Retail sale targets and Total Salon Target Pro-actively work a busy treatment diary Cashing Up and completing closing procedures Assist with the running of the retail boutique, i.e. Stock replenishment and housekeeping Ensuring all staff members are working towards hitting their targets Assist in successfully rolling out In house Promotions and events Ensure you are working to the company standard operating procedure at all times Ensure a five star experience is delivered to every client at all times You will need: A keen interest in the beauty industry At least two years experience in a Retail or a Beauty business environment such as a Spa or Branded Beauty House Proven track record in sales targets Excellent Client Service skills Excellent telephone manner & communication skills Confident, self motivated and the ability to work under pressure The ability to follow direction and problem solve Proficient in MS Office Excellent written and verbal communication skills Highly organised and motivated Have the aspiration of progressing and want a career path A minimum of 3 years working Visa Completely fluent in the English language This role will suit someone who is well presented, reliable, flexible has bubbly outgoing personality...View full job description
