Prominent law firm in Manchester City Centre are looking for an experienced and competent Receptionist to work in the afternoons, Mon – Fri. This is a Permanent Part Time role, working 25 hours per week.Immaculately presented, well organised and flexible, the successful candidate will need to present a professional manner when meeting and greeting visitors and the ability to prioritise tasks.Responsibilities include:-•Arranging meeting rooms•Handling incoming calls•Arranging meeting rooms•Ensuring the reception area and other public areas are maintained and presented to a high standard•Good IT skills are essential in addition to good numeracy and communication skills•Excellent client and customer service skills are required to ensure that clients and visitors are treated professionally with a high standard of understanding so that queries and issues are dealt with promptly and efficiently•Previous experience as a Receptionist•Candidates should be able to demonstrate professionalism, flexibility and commitment as a team player•General administrative duties when requiredPlease note that due to the amount of responses we receive, we are unfortunately unable to give feedback to individuals.
