Temporary assistant will report direct to the partners and duties will include the following:-• Handling incoming client/HMRC telephone calls and directing to where appropriate.• Opening post and allocating to partners• Taking instructions from partners re the preparation of letters, printing and packaging of documents ready for issue.• Handling out going post with franking machine• Filing/Photocopying/scanning Candidates will need their own transport as the location of the client is awkward to get to via public transport.The individual must be fully conversant with Microsoft Office to include Word/Excel/Outlook.
