Premier Work Support are looking for an enthusiastic administrator to join our Heathrow Branch. This will be a fast passed, busy role of which the majority of work will involve sifting through cv's and matching candidates to relevant job roles. You must have a good eye for detail and be confident on the telephone as you will hold telephone interviews before the candidate is invited in for a registration. The ideal candidate will be very organised and provide outstanding customer service at all times. Must be familiar with juggling multiple tasks simultaneously, and prioritising workload to meet tight deadlines. Additional Tasks will involve: Updating Candidate Trackers Updating reference database Chasing candidates for their Criminal Record Checks General Admin Answering incoming telephone queries Filing Helping out with holidays/payroll where needed If you are looking for a challenging role please apply online.
