Role: Recruitment AdministratorLocation: LeedsSalary 15 k plus bonusOverall purpose of role: To provide all-round administrative support throughout the end-to-end recruitment process, including the recruitment of permanent and temp-to-perm candidates.This is a central role in the recruitment process, providing vital support to resourcing managers, assessors and candidates. You will be responsible for accurate management of the ATS system and ensuring candidates are correctly set up for payroll. Your varied workload will require you to multitask and work to tight deadlines. You must also have an excellent eye for detail and commitment to compliance. As a point of contact for candidates, you will be required to uphold a positive image of Capita and ensure all candidates are treated with professionalism at all times. You must be proactive and flexible in your approach, and committed to working as a team to achieve results.Temp-to-permScan, upload and accurately record candidate LRTW and employment documents to PeopleFluentCreate Security Watchdog VOLT accounts for candidates and send out relevant correspondenceMaintain candidate records and progress through PeopleFluentLiaise with Operations and Resourcing Manager to provide updatesAssessmentVerify candidates' LRTW and employment documents (shared responsibility with Assessors)Scan, upload and accurately record candidate LRTW and employment documents to PeopleFluentTrigger phase 1 security checksCheck candidates submitted by agency for compliance and progress through PeopleFluentConduct internal reference checks on AIDA for agency candidatesPre-start/Day 1Produce expected and confirmed starters reports and send to relevant mailing listsProgress new starters/no shows to relevant folders on PeopleFluentTrigger phase 2 checks for new startersGeneralManage administration mailboxMonitor and chase candidates to complete onboarding formsUpdate candidate records with vetting results and progress through post-employment folders on PeopleFluentHandle candidate queries, including password resetsRaise purchase ordersArchive candidate recordsMonitor and auctioning various reportsOrder stationeryData cleansesProvide ad hoc support where necessaryPERSON SPECIFICATIONQualifications, experience and expertise:Experience of working in a fast paced recruitment environment.Experience of being target driven and working towards tight deadlines and within short timescales.Ability to make effective recruitment decisions working to a customer brief.Ability to work effectively as part of a team and build relationships at all levels.Strong work ethic with a flexible approach.IT literate (Keyboard skills, Microsoft Office applications, etc.)If you feel you have what it takes please apply now !!!Follow Capita on twitter @capitacareersFollow Capita on facebook @careersatcapitaCapita Resourcing welcome applications from all suitably qualified people regardless of gender, race, disability, age or sexual orientation.Capita Resourcing is a trading name of Capita Resourcing Ltd.
