Reporting into the Branch Manager you will be required to ensure that your desk is maintained and developed to meet budget, and all Workforce's compliance standards are met at all times Hours of Work:Monday to Thursday - 07.00-16.00 or 08:30-17:30Friday - 07.00-15.30 or 08:30-17:00 Main Duties and ResponsibilitiesTo ensure your sales activity targets are met or exceededTo liaise with your client(s) daily to understand their needs and plan your day accordinglyContribute to the morning meetings daily to feedback the requirements of your client(s)To attend regular service review meetings with your clients to understand any areas for improvement in the service delivery of WorkforceWrite and place professional and effective job advertisements to attract candidatesUse marketing tools to source candidatesEnsure that all driving-specific legislation is adhered to at all timesSource, develop and manage candidate relationships within chosen competencyQualify candidate suitability for current or future vacancies/clients, through questioning and referencing.Qualify client suitability for current or future vacancies/relationship, through questioning and gaining the essential commitment to effectively manage the recruitment process with all parties needs in mind. This will include relevant client meetingsMaintain and develop current client relationships to ensure that at all times they receive the best service possible and to maximize business opportunitiesWork with colleagues to ensure we capitalise on every opportunity to generate revenue is achievedBe able to use in-house IT system to generate candidatesManage recruitment process from start to finish with both client and candidateDeal with client/candidate queries and take ownership of objection handlingManage placed candidates contracts and maintain client relationships with active contractors and placements.Administrative and General:To agree rates and terms with all prospective clientsEnsure records are kept in line with, and adhere to, the recruitment legislationKeep all paperwork/system work up-to date regarding candidate's eligibility to workMaintain and record candidate availability as required by the needs of the businessHave sound understanding of Workforce's contracts and terms and conditionsKey responsibilities:The first point of contact for workers who require supportThe first point of contact for the client(s) who require supportEnsure that the staff are checked in daily with the clients - including the on-boarding/induction of new startersComplete weekly inductions matching client demandCompile weekly management information for contracted clientsEnsure that you, or a colleague, re-book staff for the following day in line with client requirementsContinuously assess any training needs and keep an open dialogue with workers ensuring that any issues are dealt with promptly and the facility is as productive as possibleLiaise with Workforce onsite co-ordinators on day-to-day challenges seeking support from the branch network during peak timesPerson Specification: Physical Attributes: Smart, professional, appearanceGeneral Intelligence: Able to learn quickly, good working knowledge of the transport and logistics industrySpecial Aptitudes: Able to deal effectively at all levels, enjoy contact with people and be able to work under pressure. Driving Experience: Experience within the driving recruitment sector is preferable, but not essentialDisposition: Outgoing and confident personality.
