Your duties will include- * Providing general support to the office, consultants and senior management team to ensure the smooth running of the office and maximise billing potential * Understanding the needs of our clients * Build relationships with both clients and candidates * Shift filling * Screening candidates and matching to potential vacancies * Contacting candidates to arrange interviews via telephone and email * Updating the internal recruitment database * Dealing with general enquiries * General admin and paperwork * Searching online recruitment databases/job boards * Putting together online advertisements to attract candidates * Name gathering and headhunting candidates * Organising interviews and briefing candidates * Keeping candidates files up to date and in line with company standards * Maintaining candidate training records * Assisting with pay rolling temporary workers We offer a basic salary of £14,000 - £15,200 depending on experience, and benefits including: * 23 days annual leave * Pension Scheme, Share Scheme, Childcare Vouchers and access to Capita Value giving discounts on shopping, gym membership, etc. * Induction and ongoing training modules * Yearly national competition * Dress down day on Fridays * National Capita Conference (usually included a stay over in a posh hotel with team building activities and free bar)...View full job description
