This role involves: Inputting data onto the Navision system Producing, checking & reconciling tonnage reports Setting up contracts for new customers on Navision Implementing price changes on Navision & updating price lists Requesting purchase order numbers using SAP & issuing them to vendors Weighing vehicles in & out over the weighbridge Amending drivers' schedules when necessary Dealing with customer queries via email & phone The ideal candidate will have: An excellent level of computer literacy Working knowledge of Microsoft Office systems, i.e. Word, Excel, Outlook - EXPERIENCE OF NAVISION & SAP AN ADVANTAGE The ability to use initiative & work well alone as well as part of a team Great attention to detail Excellent organisational skills Excellent customer service skills Flexibility & own transport in the event of having to assist at other depots MINIMUM 6 MONTH TERM CONTRACT Please click apply now to register your interest...View full job description
