Due to exciting growth and recent contract wins, CRG Homecare is seeking an experienced, quality-focused Regional Trainer to train our care staff enabling them to provide the highest standard of care in the Midlands.We are an established but growing, care provider that delivers domiciliary and extra care services throughout the UK. We understand the importance of high quality training, therefore we acknowledge that to deliver the best training, our trainers need time to prepare and administer training packages.This job could be commutable from Leicester, Lincolnshire, Stoke on Trent and Wolverhampton as we have homecare branches in these areas.Duties include:• Manage staff training and identify training needs• Maintain a program of initial training and ongoing refresher training• Liaise with the registered manager to identify critical skill gaps within the branch• Ensure an effective training administration service• Compile and presenting information• Design and assessing training programs• Any other duties as required by your managerThe core hours are 8:30am –5:30pm Monday to Friday, but flexibility will be required.To apply for this role you will need: • Experience of working as a trainer in Health & Social Care• Experience of working within Homecare sector• Ideally hold a QCF Level 3 in Health and Social Care and PTLLSS or teaching qualification• Awareness of CQC standards• Experience in Microsoft applications, Word, Excel and PowerPoint• Good verbal and written English with an excellent eye for detail• Excellent communication/interpersonal skills• Ability to prepare effective written and visual teaching materials in line with course requirements• Full UK driving licenceThe package:• Salary negotiable depending on experience• Service related annual leave• Birthday leave• Pension scheme (employer contribution after twelve months)• Private healthcare cover (after twelve months)CRG is an equal opportunities employer and welcomes applications regardless of sex, age, race, sexual orientation, gender reassignment, marriage and civil partnership, religion and belief, pregnancy and maternity or disability.This vacancy is based in the United Kingdom.
