Monitor business ahead and highlight where special offers are needed. Work with the Marketing to create new and exciting packages, based on the needs of the business. Undertake training and coaching for Reservations team, Hotel Reception and Spa Reception for all tasks involving reservations and voucher sales, monitor and improve where appropriate the quality of reservations calls in-line with the prescribed standards Develop and account manage local corporate negotiated rates and consortia whilst activity referring leads for conference and other business as appropriate OTA & 3rd party website management including rates and property representation on site with a focus on how the hotel is represented against our competitors. Manage the reservations team rota to cover the office between the hours as set by the Sales Manager Ideal candidateAre you right for us? Previous luxury hotel experience from within the sales or reservations fields Strong focus on rate management, revenue generation and business conversion Proven team leadership skills Outstanding guest care focus with an open and service orientated approach Strong understanding of the luxury hotel market and preferably of our key competitors Excellent communication abilities and be comfortable presenting at all levels within the business Strong financial and business acumen About the companyAre we right for you?We expect a lot but we’ll give a lot to get the right people.
